At JIOrings, we have held ISO 9001:2015 certification since 2017, and our goal is to continue to commit to quality management as a strategy for efficiency, planning, prevention, and constant review of all the processes that make up our company. This past January, we passed the annual ISO 9001:2015 audit. To achieve this, we conducted an exhaustive analysis with the aim of creating the ideal framework within JIOrings for business improvement thanks to effectiveness and the enhancement of customer satisfaction. Through the management of risks and opportunities, identification of stakeholders with their needs and expectations, competence management, and analysis of risks and opportunities, we were able to review and adjust our objectives to continue along the line of excellence marked by ISO 9001:2015. All this work has a direct impact on the quality of our Nortap® silicone plugs and on our customer service.

Quality Policy

JIOrings takes on the challenge of working to be a leader in the marketing of sealing gaskets sector by offering high-quality service and enhancing our customers’ trust. To fulfill this commitment, at JIOrings we actively work to:

  • Seek the effectiveness of all our actions, collaborating between departments to achieve the common goal.
  • Establish, maintain, and continually improve a Management System based on the international standard UNE-EN-ISO 9001:2015 for Quality Management.
  • Comply with the requirements of the aforementioned reference standard as well as with the applicable legislation regarding quality, accepted voluntary requirements, and our procedures.
  • Direct and tailor the product to the customer, establishing their satisfaction as the main objective. Therefore, it is a priority in the marketing of sealing gaskets to listen to the customer’s needs and then make the appropriate shipments.
  • Respond to customer demands in case they request a new product, through special manufacturing to plan or sample of the requested gaskets.
  • Integrate and encourage the participation of all levels of the organization including external collaborators through the training and information of personnel.
  • Permanently improve and update this policy so that it serves with the greatest efficacy its purpose and provides a framework of reference for establishing and reviewing quality objectives.

This policy is communicated and understood by our own personnel and third parties working in our organization, for its application in productive activities.
